SYG -8100 SILICONE GREASE is a premium quality non-melting silicone grease manufactured from high viscosity silicone oil (7500 cSt) and specially selected inert thickeners. It provides excellent lubrication, sealing, moisture protection, dielectric insulation, and long-term stability over a wide temperature range. Available in NLGI grades 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, and 3, it is suitable for electrical, automotive, industrial, rubber, plastic, and general maintenance applications where water resistance and non-melting characteristics are required. SYG-8100/SILICONE GREASE is high performance silicone grease based on special heat-resistant ingredients and additive package. Grease is suitable for long term or lifetime lubrication of plain, ball and roller bearing operating at normal to medium loads under high temperature conditions. it is non-ageing and structurally very suitable grease. it is pumpable through centralized lubrication systems. It is pressure resistant and the NS-G version has very good load carrying capacity. Since it is not conductive, it does not increase electrical current flow and is often applied to electrical connectors that contain rubber gaskets as a means of providing a non-conductive sealer and lubricant for the connector’s rubber parts. Thus, the grease is completely EPDM compatible. SYG -8100 SILICONE GREASE is capable of withstanding high temperature in the range of -40⁰C to 220⁰C on continuous operation.
