PETCAS GREASE is a Zinc based thread compound formulated using pure metallic graphite, zinc, lead powder, copper
flakes & premium oils. These products are formulated to conform to latest recommendations for oilfield drill pipes. It
is highly resistant to water and prevents leakage at high temperatures. The tackiness agents & super fine metallic
powder are dispersed uniformly so that it doesn’t build up on thread & provides great chemical stability. Service
Temperature Range -18 to 150⁰C.

Product Applications
- It is recommended for lubrication and protection of Casing, Tubing and Line Pipes. It also used to lubricate, seal &
- protect threaded connections in tool / pipe / coupling joints, drill bits, drill collars and other rotary shouldered
- connections in extreme conditions. It may be applied with the help of a brush in hot and cold weather.
